Deer Run boasts two tennis courts that are available all day for play, providing fun for all those tennis enthusiasts who want to get a double or singles game in.
Swimming Pool
The pool is definitely a nice feature for Deer Run, located right outside the Clubhouse and includes patio furniture in a wonderful setting. Used throughout the summer, it serves as a central location for social events and parties.
Clubhouse
The beautiful clubhouse is used for many social events, the Annual Meeting, and other events throughout the seasons. Residents may reserve the clubhouse by contacting Bob Stone. It is located at 850 Antler Pointe.
Ponds
The ponds offer a serene environment for residents of Deer Run.
Front Pole Lights
Coming into Deer Run in the evening is a comforting sight, with all the front pole lights on, beckoning residents home.
Snow Removal and Grass Cutting
Driveways are cleared in the winter, and grass is maintained in the summer. This leaves residents plenty of time to add to the beauty of their homes with flowers and other greenery.
