The Deer Run Clubhouse is available for parties, events, meetings, and resident use. It includes a full kitchen, meeting areas, a gas-log fireplace, and restroom facilities. There is a $125 rental fee plus a $100 refundable deposit (additional charges will occur if professional cleaning is required after use.)
