Deer Run is an active condominium community with 194 one and two-story unique homes between 1,350 and 5,000 sq. ft. Deer Run was established in 1987 with the last home built in 2000. Our community features beautiful landscaping, a large clubhouse with a kitchen and fireplace, a swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and landscaping services with lawn maintenance, snow, and leaf removal. Deer Run was selected for two Homearamas which included many quality builders, making the homes truly individually designed. The 46 acres include three ponds, walking paths, and beautiful trees and flowers.
The primary responsibility of the Association is to protect the investment and enhance the value of the property. It provides for the physical maintenance and operation of the shared property. Other responsibilities include enforcing regulations, establishing architectural and landscaping guidelines and controls, and setting up an effective communication system among its members.
